Customer Testimonial:

"I had my first visit on 3/10/23 with Dr. Adam in your Southbury location.  I rarely EVER take the time to write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was imperative.  I had an amazing experience.  From how I was greeted upon entering the office with your friendly and personable desk staff, to Ashley, the tech who ran my eye tests ( also very kind and personable), to Dr. Adam herself, who was super nice, easy to talk to, grounded and genuinely compassionate, knowledgeable, and a wonderful listener.  She answered all of my questions and seemed to have all the time in the world to attend to my concerns without making me feel rushed.  I was very impressed with her professionalism and compassion.  Guy, the optician, was also amazing, personable, and accommodating.  The entire atmosphere of the office was light, welcoming, and positive.  It was truly the best experience I've ever had getting an eye exam and glasses.  Thank you all.  It feels so wonderful to receive such a feeling of love, positivity, and true desire to be served in the best way possible.  You all are a model of what health care should be.  (I am a nurse, so I am acutely aware of how active listening and wonderful "bedside manner" is to patients)."

I love creating a fun environment for young children by explaining the games we will play and showing them how different parts of the exam are done using their parent or stuffed animal as the patient first. Watching their behavior change as they begin to feel at ease is always rewarding!
