I've had great experiences. It's a new fresh clean environment. The staff is friendly,
knowledgeable, patient and very helpful, and the prices are reasonable, too. I've never had a problem at new insight.

Rita

Positive experience from start to end. My 9 year son was having difficulty seeing in class and at home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parent recommended.

Matthew

Been going since I was a kid, some of the most friendly people and always exceed expectations with the quality of service they bring to the table!

Peter

Best Eyecare in the state!! Highly recommend it to all.

Lisa

Our experience with New Insight was exceptionally professional as well as delightful. The staff was kind, the facility was clean, the selection was excellent and most importantly they took excellent care of my nervous/scared daughter

Holli

Dr. Fabian and his staff were kind and inviting from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Fabian was professional throughout my visit. His honest approach and bedside manner was very encouraging.

Alex

I first found this place due to having an emergency eye injury and they were more than accommodating. I was able to be seen within an hour of calling and Dr. Fabian was great. He is very friendly and personable with his patients and takes great care of his patients.

Alex

At New Insight Eye Care, the optometrist and staff bring a whole new level of care to Eye Care Industry reflected in their bedside manner and genuine love for their patients.

I love creating a fun environment for young children by explaining the games we will play and showing them how different parts of the exam are done using their parent or stuffed animal as the patient first. Watching their behavior change as they begin to feel at ease is always rewarding!

This is a tough one when you’ve been in practice for 39 years because there have been many moments. I’d say in general, problem solving for patients that have had difficult prescriptions to get right, for example,  patients that have needed prism.

I examined a young mother with no symptoms but, unexpectedly, a small retinal embolism. Vascular work-up was negative. A year later she returns and I find another one. This is very unusual. Vascular work-up again negative and she is told not to worry about it. I tell her “No, something is not right, get a second cardiovascular evaluation”. A congenital cardiac defect is found and she undergoes surgery to close a hole in the wall separating the left and right atria.
